Object Number: SCP-860 |
Object Class: Safe |
Status: Item |
Spawn: Storage Chamber |
SCP-860 is a dark blue key of unremarkable shape. At seemingly random intervals of time, a series of numbers, later found to be UTM coordinates, will appear on the key's blade.
SCP-860 can fit in any door lock that requires a key located in the area of the given coordinates, and will function identically to the correct key for that lock. SCP-860 only works on door locks, and only if they are attached to a door; it will not work on any other type of locking device.
SCP-860 can be found in a Storage Chamber in the Light Contaiment Zone along with SCP-714 and SCP-1025. The player can only enter if they have a Level 3 Key Card or higher.
The key can be used in SCP-860's testing chamber which is in the Entrace Zone to take the player to SCP-860-1
SCP-860-1 is a blue forest which can be reached upon entering through the door if the player unlocked it with SCP-860
«The Blue Forest» |
SCP-860-1 is a small forest clearing centered on an 80 cm wide footpath. Every observation of this grove has noted the presence of blue-colored mist.
As soon as any person enters SCP-860-1, the door automatically closes. From inside SCP-860-1, the door appears attached to an infinite concrete wall, and is locked. No attempts to break the door from outside, with personnel inside SCP-860-1, have been successful.
A number of other anomalous events have been reported by personnel conducting explorations of SCP-860-1.
Upon entering the player is greeted by a maze like forest with blue fog all around and a dirt path in front of them. The path itself is linear with a few forks in the road along the way, with one of the paths leading to a dead end. Several notes are left behind by a Agent known as "Izumi Junko", the notes can be found as the player walks through the trail, Also sometimes she can be also seen in SCP-860-1, peering at the player with glowing yellow eyes from behind the trees.
The player will find the other door, if the player goes through the door they will leave SCP-860-1 and the player can enter again if they use SCP-860 on the door again.
However this doesn't mean the player is alone, SCP-860-2 is constantly stalking the player looking at them so the player must always keep an eye out for it.
