¶ Description
Seemingly nothing more than a green jade ring, SCP-714 has been shown to be able to expand and contract to perfectly fit the finger of anyone who touches it, though this is the least important of its properties. SCP-714 only changes size when touched by a "new" subject.
SCP-714 has several major effects, detailed as follows:
- Exhaustion
- Slowed reactions
- Mental 'Shield'
- Protection from other Memetic effects
- Chemical tolerance
¶ In-game
SCP-714 can be found in a storage chamber along with SCP-860 and SCP-1025, The player must have a key card level 3 or higher in order to enter
When worn, the ring will reduce the player's sprint bar considerably (down to two), which can cause difficulty if attempting to escape certain hazards. Thankfully the ring CAN be taken off and its effects on the player are not permanent.
SCP-714 can protect the player from any hazardes effects such as SCP-049's lethal touch which can kill the player and make them into a 049-2, SCP-895's camera feed which can kill the player if looked for too long, any "diseases" that would've been obtained by reading SCP-1025, SCP-1123's hallucinations and SCP-012.
