¶ Description
SCP-990 is a man dressed in a Cold War times business suit who appears to Foundation members in their dreams. So far, no Foundation personnel have encountered SCP-990 in reality. At this time, there have been no reports of SCP-990 appearing to humans other than Foundation personnel.
SCP-990 was assigned to Foundation personnel with ▉▉▉▉. The existence of SCP-990 was revealed when several agents discussed dreams involving the same person. Many other agents reported having dreams with a person matching the description of SCP-990. The phenomenon did not receive an official SCP Сlassification until the aftermath of event 990-07.

SCP-990 appears on the loading screen, displaying a jumbled set of characters or garbled meaningful messages. One of the two replicas can be played.
