SCP-1162 is a hole in a cinderblock wall. Its anomalous properties are activated when a sentient being reaches into the hole to the depth that the girth of their arm allows. At this point their fingers touch a solid surface similar in feel to the current location of SCP-1162, and they discover an item small enough to fit through the hole below their fingertips.
These items are recognized to be lost items by the user, or was searching for at some point during their life. But upon grabbing a item, a different item will disapear from the users pocket. In addition, any object placed into SCP-1162 will disappear as soon as it is no longer in contact with a person.
SCP-1162 can be found in its own contaiment chamber in the light contaiment zone, once entering the player will be greated by a hole in the wall, when the player interacts with SCP-1162, it will manifest a random item, whilst taking a pre-existing item in their inventory. If the player for some reason doesn't have any items in their invetory SCP-1162 will take the right lung off the player causing them to bleed out for a minute before dying.
Coin:
The coin is an item that behaves identically to the Quarter. The only difference being that upon selecting it in the player's inventory, Blue Feather will play for a few seconds before fading away.
Movie Ticket:
"Hey I remember this movie!"
The movie ticket is self-explanatory. It has a title called "Run" which is a reference to "Containment Breach: Run" which is a unreleased SCP Contaiment Breach movie directed by Gage Allen or known as Lotims.
Lost Key
"Isn't this the key to that old shack? The one where I... No, it can't be."
The meaning behind this message is still unknown to this day.
Old Badge
"Huh? This guy looks just like me!"
The old badge appears to have been a badge that once belonged to D-9341. The badge even says D-9341's full name which is "Benjamin Oliver Walker". The QR code at the bottom left reads "spiral gestalt" four times.
